Combining structured classroom learning with real on-site experience, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals from day one – earning a salary throughout. Programmes typically take between 2-4 years to complete, depending on your prior experience and qualifications.
Our 12-month placements give undergraduates the chance to work on live projects across a range of disciplines – from engineering and project management to commercial and business functions. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor, take on real responsibility, and leave with a genuine understanding of what a career in M&E engineering looks like.
Our two-year Graduate Scheme is designed to give you a broad foundation across Dowds before you specialise. With opportunities across our London and Ballymena offices, you’ll rotate across disciplines, work on live projects, and build your professional skillset – supported by dedicated mentors throughout.
