Digitally precise. Off-site efficient.
The future of M&E is digital, standardised, and built off-site. Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) and digital delivery are shaping the design, fabrication, and handover of complex-built environments. We offer an integrated MMC and digital delivery service as a core pillar of our delivery model, reducing programme risk, improving quality, and shifting complexity away from site.
We consider offsite manufacturing from the out-set of every project. Our capability is built around a single, connected workflow – starting at early concept stage where we identify MMC opportunities through to pre-modelling. Our BIM teams work closely with internal Design Managers to develop detailed pre-fabrication models using purpose-built Revit content, with accurate digital material take-offs feeding directly into our estimation teams. From Design House to site, every stage is coordinated through structured digital platforms.
Prefabrication is a core to how we deliver – not an add-on. From pre-assembled plant skids and pipework to fully configured riser modules, we shift complexity to a controlled factory environment where precision and programme certainty are built in from the start. Across healthcare, life sciences, and commercial projects, our approach consistently delivers certainty where it matters most.
Capabilities
Using high-accuracy laser scanning, we capture existing site conditions with precision – producing reliable as-built data that feeds directly into BIM workflows, eliminating manual mark-ups and giving our team and supply chain a verified foundation to work from.

Modern methods of Construction
Prefabricated 214 flanged pipework sections off-site, eliminating all hot works and reducing on-site labour in a live hospital environment.
Executed a co-ordinated off-site manufacturing programme spanning 8 module types, 8 pipework racks, and 432 spool sections – all delivered fully assembled and installation-ready to site.
Compressed a 16-week on-site installation programme to 10 weeks by resolving fabrication, assembly, and quality sign-off in a controlled factory environment before delivery.
Utilised Revit 3D modelling to co-ordinate 9 AHUs within a constrained plant room, achieving a clash-free installation with zero re-works across the full M&E scope.
Achieved zero re-works across the full prefabricated scope by completing all quality checks and sign-off in a controlled factory environment before a single module reached site.
