Working with Graham, Dowds Group delivered full M&E installations for Reardon Court, Enfield Council’s £23m extra care housing development providing 70 self-contained flats and communal facilities for residents aged 55+.

The scope covered complete design and installation of building services across 70 accessible apartments, communal spaces, sensory gardens, and allotments. A full sprinkler system was installed to protect residents throughout. To future-proof the development, a district heating plant room was also installed, providing flexible heat distribution and the ability to connect to a wider network when required. Engineering was designed to remain unobtrusive while supporting resident independence and the building’s communal character.
