This landmark facility boasts an impressive array of world-class amenities, including a 50m Olympic-standard swimming pool. The centre is home to the largest gym in Northern Ireland, equipped with cutting-edge fitness technology, alongside bespoke spin and dance studios, squash courts, and a high-capacity sports hall. The scope of Dowds’ M&E installation was vast, covering specialised climate and water treatment systems for the aquatic zones, as well as the complex electrical and mechanical requirements for extensive health and wellbeing suites and outdoor water sports provisions.
