Dowds Group managed the full MEP installation to transform a commercial office shell into a world-class diagnostic outpatient centre in Central London. This prestigious project integrated high-specification clinical infrastructure into a converted retail and office footprint, bringing Cleveland Clinic’s global standard of care to the City of London.

The project required the complex repurposing of a high-end commercial building into a functional clinical environment. Dowds Group took responsibility for the execution and delivery of the mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the facility met exacting clinical standards despite an accelerated mobilisation phase. The fit-out spans the Ground and First floors, incorporating heavy diagnostic equipment including MRI scanners, Mammography suites, and X-Ray rooms. Despite being appointed three weeks into the site programme, our team delivered a Grade A finish and completed an exhaustive commissioning process to ensure the facility was clinical-ready ahead of schedule.
