From complex building services in healthcare and education to large-scale commercial projects, we are committed to delivering integrated solutions that shape sustainable and high-performing environments.
We completed several technical and complex projects, where they were one of only a few select companies who have expertise and experience to deliver. In July 2024 we handed over a £20m MEP infrastructure upgrade at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, which brought the hospital building to full compliance in terms of HBN/HTMs and industry good practice.
September 2024 we successfully completed the £14m MEP package on the prestigious Grand Central Station, Belfast. This £340 million project will be the largest integrated transport hub in Ireland which includes 26 new bus terminals, 8 new railway platforms, food and retail outlets.
We are continuously evolving working methodologies to stay at the forefront of industry requirements, and currently completing MEP design and installation at St Edmund’s Hall, Oxford University, for a 4,600m² sustainable student accommodation project, featuring 3 Passivhaus CLT buildings and one refurbishment. The project aims to create sustainable buildings, sympathetic to the environment and needs of students.
2024 has been an exemplary year for us as a company, one which has saw us transform our business through utilising the full potential of our almost 50 years’ experience as knowledgeable, capable and intelligent leaders in the built environment.
