Volunteering at Kilcreggan Urban Farm

As we mark ๐—ช๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—›๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜๐—ต ๐——๐—ฎ๐˜† today, we’re reflecting on the small actions that can make a big impact not just for others, but for our own well-being too.

A few of our team spent the day volunteering at ๐—ž๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—จ๐—ฟ๐—ฏ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—™๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—บ๐˜€ in Carrickfergus as part of our ongoing commitment with Business in the Community Northern Ireland ๐ŸŽ‰

From painting and weeding to power hosing and general site maintenance, the team helped keep the farm looking its best supporting Kilcreggan Homes Ltd,ย who provide meaningful opportunities for people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, or acquired brain injuries to be active in their community.

Volunteering is one way we can support mental health through connection, purpose, teamwork, and spending time outdoors. ๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸŒค๏ธ

Hereโ€™s to building stronger communities and supporting well-being, together.
