Intelligent design. Fully integrated from the outset.
Our design-driven project management service takes ownership of the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and client engagement through to delivery, handover, and aftercare. Working in tandem with our systems integration capability, this ensures that a building’s mechanical, electrical, and digital infrastructure operates reliably as a single, coordinated whole.
We embed ourselves early, working alongside clients to shape decisions. BIM-based coordination and value engineering input allow us to foresee and resolve conflicts before they reach site – ensuring programme, budget, and performance are managed without compromise. Once handed over, our soft landings approach provides structured aftercare and technical support so that every system is performing as designed.
We manage the design and delivery of building management systems, automation controls, and IoT-enabled infrastructure together into one coordinated platform. We bridge operational technology and information technology where required to deliver buildings that are genuinely intelligent, resilient, and connected.
While every project is unique, our approach is shaped by over 40 years of delivering in technically demanding environments. For our clients, it means greater certainty, and a partner who remains accountable at every stage.

Digitisation
Authored the entire M&E scope in Autodesk Revit, developing bespoke in-house Revit families for specialist elements including generators, PV panels, and PA/VA systems.
Deployed Viewpoint and Dalux as a structured two-platform CDE, transitioning from PAS 1192 to full ISO 19650 compliance – with digital best practice embedded from RIBA Stage 3.
Operated a dual-layer clash detection process using Navisworks and BIMCollab, resolving multidisciplinary co-ordination issues before potentially impacting on-site programme costs.
Used Dalux to manage snagging, inspections, and systems testing digitally on site, maintaining real-time traceability between field activity and office quality records throughout construction.
Delivered point cloud laser scanning, COBie data in Excel and IFC format, and a fully structured Asset Information Model classified to Uniclass – providing an FM-ready asset from day one.
