Dowds Group acted as Lead Electrical Contractor for this pioneering £105 million health campus, the first of its kind in Northern Ireland, to integrate acute and primary services on a single site. The £13.5 million electrical package serviced a massive 22,900 sqm footprint, connecting GP practices, urgent care, and hospital wards.

The project demanded high-specification engineering for critical zones, including a sterile decontamination unit (CSSD) and an emergency helipad. Dowds successfully managed the logistics of a vast 10-acre site, implementing precise material handling strategies to deliver robust infrastructure for this community-focused landmark.
