ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS MANAGER



Summary:


As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all contracts are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Projects Manager, Estimator/Design teams, and third-party stakeholders, you will manage procurement, scheduling, and performance while fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and supply chain partners.

  • Lead the management and administration of works, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee team performance, fostering professional development and maintaining high standards.
  • Administer contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and maximizing project outcomes.
  • Prioritize safety across all operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Actively contribute to the growth of Dowds Group by maintaining client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
