Works are moving swiftly and with precision at just six weeks into our journey at the new 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 for Royal Surrey NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with MTX Contracts Ltd.

1st‑Fix MEP services are progressing smoothly on the Lower and Ground Floors and works will begin on the First Floor in the coming weeks.

Offsite‑prefabricated LTHW/CHW pump skids, major pipework sections using Modern Methods of Construction, and LV & HV switchgear are scheduled for delivery in September.
