Our Senior Leadership and HR team have had a busy few weeks rolling out our 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 workshops across our entire workforce in Northern Ireland & London.

The theme around the workshops is based on our company 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆𝟮𝟲 and how we 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝘀, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

At the workshops, we ensured everyone understood our new values and how they influence our overall company strategy and expressed the importance of working in partnership with our supply chain and clients.

We mixed up groups with members of staff from different divisions and departments to ensure everyone got different perspectives from their colleagues and carried out a few fun team bonding exercises to promote the importance of working together 🤝🏻
