Our Construction team recently headed out in Belfast for a well earned team building day where they competed their way through Prison Island and finished the afternoon with a meal and a few drinks!

Team bonding is essential for promoting better communication, building strong and trusting relationships and enhancing employee wellbeing 💙

This was a welcomed opportunity for our team to get out from behind their desks and away from the sites and be rewarded for all their hard work 👏🏼
