Dowds Construction are delighted to announce we have been appointed as Main Contractor by Alliance Medical Diagnostic Imaging Ltd for the development of a NEW Market Leading Diagnostic Imaging Facility to include state-of-the-art MRI, CT, Xray, Ultrasound and DEXA at their Holywood Road, Belfast premises.
 
The multi-million-pound project is due to start on site in the coming weeks and is due for completion in late Q3 2023.
