💚 Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
The theme for Mental Health Awareness week is "tackling loneliness." Loneliness was on a steady increase during the pandemic and with working from home, we had very limited social interaction.
To mark Mental Health Awareness week, we took extra time on our tea break today to boost our support network and enjoy the company of others away from our workspace.
Take time this week to have a conversation with a family member, friend or colleague, listen to their response and be present. Small things can make a big difference to someone's day!
