Pavilion Pupil Referral Unit nearing completion!

Our Building Services are busy on site at Pavillion Pupil Referral Unit in Barnet. The new electrical & mechanical installations have now been completed with Practical Completion in the school building achieved with the client on the 13th of June. This week marked the first week of teaching in the new school building.

Work continues on the 2nd phase of the project in the sports pavilion. First fix M&E works are now complete and second fix works are ongoing. Work is on-going in the plant room to install the mechanical pipework. Lighting is being installed in the pavilion rooms. Commissioning is planned to start in two weeks with hand over to follow soon after!
