Reardon Court Project Update

The Reardon Court project team are currently in the final stages of submitting their Stage 5 MEP design, as they anticipate commencement on site in mid-April. The team have been working closely with their MEP consultants and the clients Architect team, to ensure that both the buildability of the building fabric and the MEP services, coordinate clash free and provide a project that is specified, maintainable and of a high standard once complete.
The project team have collectively built new and strong relationships with the Principal Contractor and look to take this collaborative approach into the project start.
