Dunnes Stores, Belfast

Dowds completed the full M&E works on Dunnes Stores in both Forestside and Abbey Centre shopping centres.

The works comprised the phased enabling, alterations and refurbishment works to the existing ground, first floor and mezzanine level of the department stores, to bring in line with Dunnes’ flagship store specifications.

This involved the complete refurbishment of the front of house shop floor areas and alterations and extensions to the existing back of house areas.
