Landon Walk, Apartments

Dowds Construction and Integrated Services teams were appointed for the fit-out of 14nr apartments at Landon Walk, London. The works involved the partitions, ceilings, M&E services, flooring, kitchens and fitted furniture to 14 individual apartments which were a mix of 2 and 3 bed apartments and inclusion of circulation corridors and staircases.

The prototype units are for PLACE (the Pan-London Accommodation Collaborative Enterprise), a not-for-profit company established by London Councils. PLACE has a mission to use modular housing to address the severe shortage of high-quality temporary accommodation for homeless families.
